In 21.05 and later, however, an item-level hold will default to pickup up at the item's holding branch. This inconsistency is a change in behavior and the source of a lot of confusion. Note: to some extend it's a RGPD issue. Removing the redundant section from MARC21slim2MODS.xsl should fix the error.
