Is it possible to add the report Notes field (which appears on the Edit and results page) to the parameters page? As an Admin, I can see the details of the notes and remember what the report does and why, but for the normal user, there might be beneficial notes or reminders that can be put there (i.e. This report runs for the last month, or last two years). This is because auto-truncate feature change the query "an:1" to "an:1*". We should extend those options. First, it'd be good to make the password requirement a separate question, thereby allowing cardnumber+password and username alone. This is because quick add brief form creates a clone of inputs in the original form. An input with date picker is changed and linked to Javascript code (see calendar.inc) so it can not be cloned. Note also that creating a clone of an input in another form does not update the form value in its DOM. It can generate errors. In my opinion this feature should be reconsidered to hide unwanted fields instead of cloning wanted ones.
