The 'Pay selected' and 'Write off selected' buttons do, but the 'pay' and 'write-off' buttons next to individual fine occurrences don't. Both take the user through to new screens where they can specify the amount being paid and the payment type, but only the former two options have a notes field as well. It would be interesting if there could be something similar implemented in the Lists (opac-shelves.pl) section of the OPAC.
