I'm not sure if the better fix for users would be: 1. Have the framework fill those fields 2. Always open those framework links in the basic editor 3. Something else entirely. Click submit when finished. - now click on the edit button next to the server you just created. Notice that the 'Default server' box is still selected. In other words: you can use different translations for Use/don't use, activate/deactivate depending on context and the rest of the sentence. Now in the manual chapters for the system preferences, this does no longer work. There strings like Use/don't use and activate/deactivate are "collapsed" into one string. So you can only translate it once, which means you can't match the translations you picked for the Koha GUI. I am not sure how to solve this. I know that we keep the CatalougingLog off for the size it creates. My suggestion here would be to create a log for the funds/budgets only and then we could use the entries to build a nicer display than the log viewer gives us if required. A separate table could also be an option.
