I feel like this could become crowded quickly. So we should hide the resolved tickets by default. To reproduce: 1. Enable the CatalogConcerns system preference 2. Go to a bibliographic record and click New > New catalog concern 3. Fill out the form and submit 4. Refresh the page to see the concern in the Concerns tab 5. Click Details 6. Click Resolved 7. Go to Cataloging > Catalog concerns --> The concern is show by default If you have lots of tickets (resolved and unresolved), the view can get crowded. The ability to allocate individual patrons as having access to subscriptions which are logged in the ERM module with the ability to add and remove as those patrons needs change or they no longer require access. UI Koha doesn't much bother about these kinds of errors, they just junk up the logs but Koha keeps going. Cron Koha is super noisy though, with errors like this. It occurred to me that it might be nice to have a "default" item type, just so we can assume that everything's got an item type and stop seeing these infernal messages. Maybe the one you set up in the onboarder should become the default, and allow people to pick the one they want to have as default from the UI later if they want? We'd only need it so that Koha knows what rules to apply to the item (among many other things that we depend upon itypes for).
