This could be done as a new option to RequireStrongPassword that allows libraries to update from one setting to the other. We could also maybe rename the parameter to something like "PasswordComplexity". This type of enhancement would be useful for all duel/multi language Koha sites. Explanation: We have a Te Reo version of Koha (as well as an English one) but our item type names display in English on that Te Reo site. I've experimented with turning on all of the 4 System preferences with a partial match for 'VisibilityForGuarantor' - but I can't find a combination which works. I've also tried adding a child patron and then adding the guarantor to the patron (instead of using the 'add guarantee' button) - but it makes no difference.
