When using the Issue Credit - CASH option from the Accounting Module, an Internal Server Error will occur. 1. Turn on Cash Registers 2. Set up a Cash Register for branch A 3. Log into Branch B and try to issue credit with CASH - this will not work and give an ISE. Other options, such as Check, Credit card, etc will work but not the option for Cash. Understandably, it is because there is not a place for the cash to come from if no cash register is enabled. When you try to print from advance editor, you only get the first half of the record. Also, a record of which librarian cancelled the notice and date/time stamp would be very useful. Use Case: Item is discharged, hold is trapped, & notice is generated. Staff then realizes that the item is badly damaged and reverts the hold to obtain another copy. This can potentially cause a number of problems: * ILL requests deleted could be pending, in shipment etc. You will have no audit track if there are any problems with transport etc. * You won't be able to do reliable statistics on number of ILL requests etc. especially since adding a request is not even logged.
