We can already add some informations like the contact details and ordering informations but It would be nice to have the possibility to regist more contract's informations. We could add somne champs fot the amount of the contract. Afther that we could use this information as a limit not to exceed when we make orders with this vendor. The call number given from the bibliographic record should be reproduced in the item record in the field provided for this purpose when a change in the rating in the bibliographic record. We should Make a match from the bibliographic field to the "o" field (dimension) of the item and not vice versa. Even if there are sometimes additions to the call number of the item and it is necessary to open the item for it, it is the same call number essentially. Therefore a modification of the call number in the field provided for this purpose in the bibliographic record should lead automatically to the same modification to the item since there must be a correspondence between these two fields. There are over 200 MARC fields, and perhaps 20-25 that are heavily used. So I think it would be far more useful to be able to specify which specific fields to *include* when exporting records. Lately, for example, we've wanted to export records w/ just a handful of fields (leader, title, author, isbn, etc.) Propose a new option, "Fields to include".
