This is how other search engines and ILS's handle searches. This will help those librarians that do (or do not) include punctuation in the search where it may not (or may) be in the record. The hoped for outcome is that searching for "1,000 fun facts" and "1000 fun facts" will retrieve the same results, and similarly "thats not my deer" and "that's not my deer" will retrieve the same results. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. I noticed that most of the new staff interface additional content blocks are in their own white "block" on the page they are on with a space between the normal content and it (I hope that sentence makes sense...). In the case of StaffListsHome, the white block is right under the lists page main content, with no space. To recreate: 1. Go to Tools > HTML customizations 2. Click New entry 3. Fill out the form: - Display location: StaffListsHome - Publication date: any date before today - Title: StaffListsHome (or whatever) - Content: StaffListsHome (or whatever) 4. Click Save 5. Go to Lists --> Note that there is no space between the 'StaffListsHome' white background and the white background of the Your lists table. To compare: 1. Go to Tools > HTML customizations 2. However, it currently allows checkout from anywhere. It would be nice to have the option to limit such checkouts to only logins inside the local network and thus a limit by IP range preference would be a good addition to the feature. However when doing a lookup the return should always be tested for validity. Because it wasnt when methods were called on null the overdues_notices process aborts with a runtime error and subsequent branches overdues are not processed.
