[Bug 39011] New: Unable to search the holdings table (except home/holding libraries and barcode)

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39011 Bug ID: 39011 Summary: Unable to search the holdings table (except home/holding libraries and barcode) Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff interface Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com When using the search box in the holdings tab on a record details page in the staff interface, you can only find holdings with the home or holding library. You can't search for the item type or anything else. To recreate: 1. Go to a record details page in the staff interface (e.g. http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=285) 2. Add an item with a different itemtype 2.1. Click New > New item 2.2. Change the itemtype to Music (or another itemtype) 2.3. Click Add item 2.4. Click Normal to go back to the record details page 3. Try to search for the itemtype in the holdings 3.1. Using the small search box right above the holdings table, search for the new itemtype (Music) --> No results 4. Optionally, search using other text in the holdings table - "Book" --> NOT OK does not find the items with the itemtype "Books" - "Midway" --> OK finds the items with the home or holding library "Midway" - "General" --> NOT OK does not find the items with the location "General stacks" - "Reference" --> NOT OK does not find the items with the collection "Reference" - "2477" --> OK finds the item with the barcode 39999000012477 With git bisect, I was able to retrace that it was ok before bug 33568 and not after, but I don't know which commit exactly causes the problem since the holdings table doesn't load if I'm somewhere in the middle of all the 33568 commits. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 38766] New: Opening, closing, or deleting and invoice from the Action drop-down can cause internal server error
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 24 Jul '26

24 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38766 Bug ID: 38766 Summary: Opening, closing, or deleting and invoice from the Action drop-down can cause internal server error Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: emily.lamancusa(a)montgomerycountymd.gov Reporter: emily.lamancusa(a)montgomerycountymd.gov QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Depends on: 38155, 38765 The links to perform invoice actions from the Action menu on invoices.pl pass the search url, so that the page can redirect back to the search results after performing the action. This url includes the selected search filter values. However, if dates were used to filter the search, the url includes the dates formatted according to the local DateFormat system preference, instead of ISO format. This causes a parsing error when redirecting back. Similar errors were fixed on bug 38765 and bug 38155. Building this patch on top of those patches, to make it easier to confirm that all such errors in this template have been fixed. [Bug 40128] New: StripWhitespaceChars can create empty subfields
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 24 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40128 Bug ID: 40128 Summary: StripWhitespaceChars can create empty subfields Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: januszop(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl When StripWhitespaceChars is enabled and the user by chance enters some white spaces in the input field, Koha generates empty subfield (or even entirely empty field). To reproduce: 1. Enable StripWhitespaceChars system preference. 2. Edit an existing record, putting just some spaces into an empty subfield. Save the record. 3. Go to bibliographic record Normal view and in modal "MARC preview" notice that the subfield you entered spaces in exists as an empty subfield. If it was the only subfield in a field, the field exists with no data at all. This is wrong. Koha::Filter::MARC::TrimFields::filter should be corrected to avoid this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

You'll get an "error_on_edit" message immediately on the page as you're taken to this page: "/cgi-bin/koha/admin/smtp_servers.pl?op=edit_form&smtp_server_id=" -- The work around is to just create a new default SMTP server, but the current Koha setup has a bad UX -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. Find an item that is bookable, I turned on Bookable at the item type level for BK. I am using biblionumber=28 in k-t-d with 3 items 2. Book item with barcode ( 39999000001297 ). I did March 7 - April 1 3. Book item with barcode ( 39999000001259 ). I did March 7 - April 1 4. Now checkout 39999000001297 to the patron is was booked to. When asked about early collection say yes. 5. Now item with barcode ( 39999000001273 ) is not checked out or booked. It should be bookable 6. Try to book it, it is not available till April 2, though it should be available right now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 38986] New: Restore "Any" option to purchase suggestion filter by fund

[Bug 39633] New: Inventory tool DataTable doesn't properly load

Cataloging > Inventory 2. Run the tool without uploaded barcodes 3. Table loads and you see all the DataTable controls ( Table settings, etc ) 4. Run the tool while uploading at least 1 barcode 5. No DataTable controls This is because when we pass table settings through we don't know if the "Seen" column will who or not.
