https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40708 Bug ID: 40708 Summary: Increase accuracy and accessibility of checkin errors Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: nick(a)bywatersolutions.com Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com When a checkin in Koha returns "data_corrupted," the checkin fails and koha displays the message "The item has not been checked in due to a configuration issue in your system. You must ask an administrator to take a look at the about page and correct all errors shown on the "System information."" This message should be more specific and accurate, as there are a wide variety of potential causes and not all of them are reported in any way in the About page. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 40061] New: Cannot delete image from patron card creator
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 17 Oct '25

17 Oct '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40061 Bug ID: 40061 Summary: Cannot delete image from patron card creator Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Label/patron card printing Assignee: cnighswonger(a)foundations.edu Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org I noticed this in 24.05, but it also happens in KTD on main. When you upload an image in the patron card creator, if you try to delete it, it returns an error. 1. Go to Tools > Patron card creator 2. Click New > Image 3. Upload an image (I used a png with transparent background, hence why I had to delete it after, but I also tried with a jpg with the same result) 4. Enter a name for the image (I tried "Logo Bibliothèque" as well as a name all in lowercase letters without spaces or diacritics "tomhanks" with the same result) 5. Click Upload 6. Click Delete on the right-hand side --> Error "WARNING: An error has occurred. Please have your system administrator check the error log for details." plack-intranet-error.log says [2025/06/03 16:40:36] [WARN] No image ids passed in to delete. at /kohadevbox/koha/patroncards/image-manage.pl line 131. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 40250] New: Wrong link to NoIssuesChargeGuarantorWithGuarantees in patron category page

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=40250 Bug ID: 40250 Summary: Wrong link to NoIssuesChargeGuarantorWithGuarantees in patron category page Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff interface Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com I noticed while translating that the link to the NoIssuesChargeGuarantorsWithGuarantees syspref in the patron category settings page is a link to NoIssuesChargeGuarantees. A simple copy-paste error I think. To recreate: 1. Go to Administration > Patron categories 2. Click New category --> Notice the hint under "Guarantors with guarantees checkout charge limit" is to the NoIssuesChargeGuarantees system preference rather than NoIssuesChargeGuarantorsWithGuarantees -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
