They attempted to search for a patron named 'Don Smith' but the primary search results are showing names such as 'Brandon Smith' and patrons who are located at their 'Smith Public Library' such as 'Madonna Jones - Smith Public Library'. This makes some sense because you don't know until after the checkout is done whether or not automatic renewal will be applied (unless you're ticking the checkbox "Automatic renewal" when doing the checkout). We can accomplish the same task with patron restrictions (debarments). I would suggest we retire the patron account flags, and migrate any active flags to restrictions.
