Currently, each booking gets its own dot displayed in a vertical list. This won't scale well with large numbers of bookings. We need to think about how best to display this information when multiple bookings are placed. I'd suggest using the patron's home library as a preselection within the pickup library field in the bookings creation modal and to fall back onto the item's home library if the patron's home library is not available. Tomas has agreed to push it without the tests so we can continue to test more widely and can onboard more developers working on the code.. but I do need to revisit it all and write tests for all the new modules and functions. Since we are not inserting the notices at upgrade time, Koha/Booking.t fails.
