When testing this feature, if a few patrons were chosen and then "select all" is chosen, the merge feature is still available to use. If no patrons are chosen and then "select all" is chosen, merge option is not available. Test: how it currently works 1. Search for Patrons by Last Name by Letter 2. From this list, choose patron a, patron b, patron c 3. See that merge patron option available 4. Now select all patrons - merge patron option still available Test: (how it should work) 1. We often use the create_superlibrarian.pl script to create Koha admin users. Sometimes we forget to edit the patron record and add a firstname/surname. Patrons can edit request notes by going to their dashboard > ILL requests > View an existing request > Notes but that is difficult to discover and an extra step for every request. We'd like patrons to be able to add notes to any request during the creation process. It should activate the "Guarantees’ charges" tab and display the guarantee’s charges. Steps to Reproduce 1. Find or create a patron with the 'Kid' category. 2. Add a guarantor for this patron. 3. Go to Accounting and create a manual invoice without paying it. 4. Open the guarantor details page. 5.
