This happens when you use the 'Import patron' tool or manually create a new patron in the staff client. If a patron is in a batch import and the attributes are the same, it logs a change even if nothing else changed, thus making the patron logs large and unhelpful. This can be a problem for academic libraries who have automated loading processes to sync patron with their academic systems. This has very minor implications in Koha itself. since attributes are sorted by other columns when retrieved. but many tests in t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons_extended_attributes.t now fail because of this. The list actions toolbar (New list, Download, Send, Print, Edit, Delete, Share, Sort) and the selections toolbar (Select all, Clear all, Place hold, Remove) are always fully expanded and sticky, consuming 7+ rows of buttons before any list content is visible. There is no way I found to collapse or dismiss them. 2.
