https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42342 Bug ID: 42342 Summary: OAI sets mapping Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: System Administration Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: viliam.polonec(a)snk.sk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com We need to have more complex mappings in OAI sets definition. Not only "equal" but olso "like". For example Leader contains "aa" or "ab" on 6-7 position for articles, OR 008 contains string "xyz". Now ther are only 2 operators is equal to not equal to thanks -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 33030] New: Add standardized subroutine for processing Template Toolkit syntax outside of notices
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 13 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33030 Bug ID: 33030 Summary: Add standardized subroutine for processing Template Toolkit syntax outside of notices Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Koha has evolved to use Template Toolkit for many uses outside of generating slips and notices for patrons. Historically, each of these areas processed template toolkit in a slightly different way. We should add a module to allow Template Toolkit syntax to be processed in a standard and generic way such that all non-notice TT syntax is handled and processed the consistently. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 16530] New: Add a circ sidebar navigation menu
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 13 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16530 Bug ID: 16530 Summary: Add a circ sidebar navigation menu Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: aleishaamohia(a)hotmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com (Similar to the tools sidebar menu). This is just an idea that I thought would make navigation around the circ module a bit easier ... I realise that it changes the display of many of the pages so I appreciate any thoughts on the upcoming patch. :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 35188] New: force_checkout permission can override all blocks on a patron account but only shows when they are restricted
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 13 Apr '26

13 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=35188 Bug ID: 35188 Summary: force_checkout permission can override all blocks on a patron account but only shows when they are restricted Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: nick(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com When the force_checkout permission was added, the script circulation.pl was altered to allow overriding any block on the patron's account (expired, gonenoaddress, etc) The last follow-up on that bug, however, moved the button to override into the section for restrictions, limiting the scope for users to the case where a patron had a debarment. To recreate: 1 - Log in to Koha with a user with force_checkout permission (superlibrarian ok too) 2 - Mark a patron as expired, lost card, gone no address 3 - Go to 'Check out' page for the patorn 4 - Note you cannot override the restrictions 5 - Add a manual restriction/debarment 6 - Go to checkout again, now you can override 7 - Remove the debarment 8 - Add manually ot URL of checkout page '&foreallow=1' 9 - Note you can now override the other restrictions I think the intent here should be that 'force_checkout' allows overriding any of the statuses -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 42338] New: Empty patron searches should not be allowed
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 12 Apr '26

12 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42338 Bug ID: 42338 Summary: Empty patron searches should not be allowed Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Patrons Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lucas(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com To recreate: 1. Go to Patrons > Patron search 2. With out adding any characters to "Search:" click "Search" 3. The search runs and returns every patron. This should not be allowed. Doing an empty/unfettered search can tax larger systems and even bring them down if too many of these kind of searches are ran concurrently. Forcing staff to add at least 1 character seems reasonable. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
