The problem is that the current ZOOM connection in Koha is set to retreive records in 'usmarc'. This makes retreiving search results silently fail for big records, and even when those records are correctly indexed, the user would fail to reach them. Steps to reproduce: - Create a new simple record with 100$a = Arquitectura viva - Add it several big note fields - Add several items to it - Reindex, search for Arquitectura viva - Record doesn't show - In a terminal, use yaz-client to do a manual query (adjust to your setup): $ yaz-client -k 100000 unix:/home/tomas/koha-dev/var/run/zebradb/bibliosocket > base biblios > f @attr 1=4 @attr 4=1 @attr 6=3 "Arquitectura viva" > s It should fail because of the size of the record. - Rerun like this: > format xml > elem marcxml > f @attr 1=4 @attr 4=1 @attr 6=3 "Arquitectura viva" > s There you go :-D -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Often these items are to be sent to a different library. However, if the library whose item is picked to fill a hold is closed, that hold will remain unfilled even if there are other open libraries who own that item. When looking at a basket in Acq you can't delete an order line if the title has already been deleted. You get no confirmation, no error, it just doesn't delete. It does delete if the title still exists. The problem is a missing parameter. If the title is there the link looks like this: javascript:confirm_delete_item(5547,) If the title doesn't exist the link looks like this: javascript:confirm_delete_item(5557,278226) I know it's better to delete the order line first, but sometimes people do things in cataloging that effect acq and it shouldn't leave this phantom order line - we should be able to delete it. I think the reason for *that* is that the library/cataloguer should be able to choose the preferred name that goes into the 100 field.
