To test, find a bib record with multiple items attached that have different dates for either accessioned and/or last seen. Select Edit - items. I hope everyone staying safe during this time! Yesterday I was trying to give a staff member permission to view and approve the "Suggestions Pending Approval". I had given that user full rights to the 'Suggestion Management' permission, however the option did not appear until I also provided the user with 'Moderate patron comments' under tools. However, to continue testing this I removed the 'Suggestion Management' option and it did remove it. I think there is something wrong with the check of the suggestion management piece that is preventing it from showing unless moderate comments option is also selected. Thanks for looking into this. I noticed that the Show checkouts to guarantor and Show fines to guarantor flags are in the "Library use" section of the patron file. However, they are set in the "Contact information" section with the setting of the guarantor. This is confusing because if you want to edit the flags, you cannot do it by clicking the "Edit" button next to "Library use", even though the flags are in that section. At the moment we support: <<DD>> - 2 digit day of month <<MM>> - 2 digit number of month <<YYYY>> - 4 digit year <<USER>> - user adding the record And bug 24134 intends to add another useful one: <<YY>>. We should support this functionality when the ACQ framework is used within the cataloguing module as it can be helpful to set things like the date in 008 correctly. To test: - modify the default value for 008@ or another subfield in the ACQ framework using one or more of the placeholders above - activate UseACQFrameworkForBiblioRecords - create a basket - create an order from a new record - verify the values have not been replaced - create a new record from the ACQ framework in the normal editor - verify it works well there and values are replaced -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
