The search just keeps searching and never ends. If there are going to be characters that break functions, there should be some validation in place to prevent these characters from being saved. This should bring patrons without comments to the top, so it should work. - Sort the table on "Circ note" again. This should bring patrons with comments to the top. If the patron with the double quote comment is not in the first page of patrons you might have to click to the "Previous" page one or more times. Eventually you should see the small "Processing" popup never go away. The developer tools shows the data benig returned OK from the server, so there is probably some problem when the data is getting shoehorned into the table. Tested with 18.11.02. The verification mail tells us: If you did not initiate this request, you may safely ignore this one-time message. The request will expire shortly. This actually is not true. But we could make it a bit more true when deleting them by default within say 14 days? Of course this could always become a syspref one day :) Note that running this sub when you do not use self registration does not hurt. Example with 3 libraries : , LIB_A (3 suggestions), LIB_B (1 sugg.), LIB_C (0 sugg.) LIB_A will show "Suggestions pending approval: LIB_A: 3 / All Libraries: 4" LIB_B will show "Suggestions pending approval: LIB_B: 1 / All Libraries: 4" LIB_C will show nothing. If this is to be fixed, it would be simple, in the template intranet-main.tt on line 178 : The condition on "pendingsuggestions" will return false if it's equal to 0, thus hiding the whole block, even if the field "all_pendingsuggestions" is set and above 0. Notice the CSS pseudo element with this property 'content: "→ ";' 4. The very first time you see a match in the term highlight ( in my case 'e'), the → is added.
