Additionally, this issue causes the saved_sql.id to be appended repeated as described in bug_37307. Although there certainly could be some usefulness for SQL developers in having the editor appear under the report when testing, the SQL editing box does not function correctly (no auto population of tables, etc.). This is issues by the CSRF changes made in reports/guided_reports.pl that are causing to 'edit' screen to be appended to the 'run' screen. 1) Login to staff client 2) Navigate to Reports -> Create from SQL 3) Create a short report (SELECT * FROM items), name it and SAVE it. 4) On the resulting "Edit SQL report' page, click 'Update and run SQL' 5) See the report runs, but at the 'Edit SQL report' screen shows at the bottom (it should not) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. I find it to be more trouble than it's worth, but the newer template designers, like https://grapesjs.com/, would make creating responsive and email ready notices a dream. Create a notice with styling and assign the reports module. 2. Create a report for the notice. 3. Now go back home and click on the reports module. 4. Search for the report. >From here there are extra steps in order to run this report. Click on the run button, which takes the user to the report output. Then the user has to click an extra button to 'run with template'. Or the user can click on View and then run with template. It would be nice to add a 'run with template' option in the report actions pop-up. This would avoid having to essentially run or view the report first. We generally don't want libraries deleting messages of other libraries' patrons, so we have that set to "Don't Allow". This creates extra work when a patron moves and switches home libraries. If there are trivial messages that need deleted, the new home library must contact the library that placed the messages to have them removed. It would be helpful to have a third option that allows staff to delete messages from any library, but only if the staff's logged in library matches the patron's home branch. In other words, allow a library to manage messages on their own patron accounts regardless of who placed the message without allowing staff to manage messages on the patrons of other libraries. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
