https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16544 Bug ID: 16544 Summary: Changes to circ rules should be logged. Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: barton(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com At present, changes to circulation rules are not logged. This means that there is no way to determine what circulation rules were in effect at a given time, which makes historical trouble-shooting impossible. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 26461] New: Incorrect handling of hold levels in SIP2 code
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 21 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26461 Bug ID: 26461 Summary: Incorrect handling of hold levels in SIP2 code Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: SIP2 Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: nick(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: colin.campbell(a)ptfs-europe.com This may need to be split into 2 bugs, but problems are related. The SIP2 specification lists two fields for holds requests: AB - item identifier AJ - title identifier 1 - When placing a hold via SIP we always place a title level hold but only use the 'item identifier' to determine the biblio 2 - When cancelling a hold we use the 'item identifier' to identify the item and will only cancel an item level hold We should allow the use of the 'title identifier' for placing holds, and we should place an item level hold if 'item identifier' is passed or title level if 'title identifier' is passed with no item identifier We should do the same for cancelling. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. The tool allows upload of files with double extension. 2. The tool allows upload of files with arbitrary file extension. In essence, the tool does not validate the image file restriction that is mentioned in the top of upload input tag which is: "Only PNG, GIF, JPEG, XPM formats are supported." -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. Please don't hesitate to nitpick. :) Just as a disclaimer, I didn't want any flags, just appropriate positional arguments for the two contexts. That's why it might look unconventional. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 35818] New: Message queue cron job vs. system preferences

The queue should be processed regardless of the setting for `Enhanced Messages`. Probably, the Note should go to the next section Advanced notice -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 16786] New: No longer to add multiple emails addresses in an email field
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16786 Bug ID: 16786 Summary: No longer to add multiple emails addresses in an email field Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Reporter: kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Previous to Koha 3.22, it was possible to enter multiple comma separated email addresses in a patron's email field. This allowed a patron to opt to receive a copy of any given email in more than one address! Now the email validation disallows this, but there is no technical reason to disallow it as far as I am aware. The email validator should be updated to supported multiple comma separated email addresses in any given email field. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 38723] New: Move widely used TT plugins to LOAD_PLUGINS

So I added a follow-up.. but then we discussed it on chat and decided we could expand the scope a bit further from 'Koha' to 'Koha', 'Asset' and 'raw' plugins.. the three most commonly called TT plugins in Koha templates. So.. to keep things easy for RMaints, I've opted to move my cleanup patches here. [Bug 33440] New: A public list can be transferred to a staff member without list permissions
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33440 Bug ID: 33440 Summary: A public list can be transferred to a staff member without list permissions Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Lists Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl With the introduction of this bug, https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25498, public lists can now be transferred to other staff. When testing this new feature, I was able to transfer a list a staff member without any list permissions. Once this transfer was successful, this staff member could edit the list, add and remove titles from this public list. The one thing this staff member (who had no permissions for lists) could not do was transfer the list to another person. I believe that this transfer option should only be allowed to staff with list permissions. Test Plan 1. Staff member A creates a public list. 2. Staff member A transfers this public list to another staff member (staff member b) without list permissions. 3. Staff Member B now has the ability to edit this public list and add/remove items from this list. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
