[Bug 19501] New: New list category to restrict specific lists to staff & hide from OPAC
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 30 Oct '26

30 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19501 Bug ID: 19501 Summary: New list category to restrict specific lists to staff & hide from OPAC Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Lists Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: Jeremy.evans(a)nibsc.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl We are creating various lists of titles that need to be hidden from view in the OPAC for the time being but other staff members need to see them. At the moment the options are Public or Private so this won't do what we require. We would like an additional list category selection of Staff so that those lists are then visible in the staff client (& presumably also to anyone who logs into the OPAC with a staff permissions login) but are not publicly visible in the OPAC. The intention is that multiple staff members may need to add items to some of these lists. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 26540] New: Issue Credit with Cash Registers
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 30 Oct '26

30 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=26540 Bug ID: 26540 Summary: Issue Credit with Cash Registers Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 20.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org If a library system has enabled Cash Registers but one branch does not use this. When using the Issue Credit - CASH option from the Accounting Module, an Internal Server Error will occur. 1. Turn on Cash Registers 2. Set up a Cash Register for branch A 3. Log into Branch B and try to issue credit with CASH - this will not work and give an ISE. Other options, such as Check, Credit card, etc will work but not the option for Cash. Understandably, it is because there is not a place for the cash to come from if no cash register is enabled. But I can see this an issue for multi-branch systems where some want to use the Cash register option, but others do not. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 41111] New: AutoILLBackendPriority should consider a 'yellow' stage
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 30 Oct '26

30 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41111 Bug ID: 41111 Summary: AutoILLBackendPriority should consider a 'yellow' stage Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: ILL Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: lisette(a)bywatersolutions.com, pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk, tomascohen(a)gmail.com Previously only 'red' and 'green' existed, for can't place/unavailable and can place/its available. 'Yellow' now means the backend can place - but can't confirm that it'll be supplied or it requires additional confirmation to place it. Functionality this should work in the following manner: 1) 'Yellow' backends are only suggested by Koha in the Staff UI if no other 'green' backends exist 2) Koha still suggests the first 'green' backend even if a 'yellow' one is higher in priority 3) OPAC ignores this completely. Only 'green' backends are still picked as the goto backend. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
