This is important when a patron has more than one group, since it allows staff to see which titles/items are grouped together. However, patrons' Holds tab in the OPAC doesn't have information to distinguish one hold group/hyperhold from another. All holds that are part of a hold group have '(part of a hold group)' after the title and author in the Title column, but there is no way to see which specific holds are grouped together when a patron has multiple hold groups at once. This will be a problem for patrons who have multiple active hold groups/hyperholds at a time, especially when they contain different titles within the same group. There should either be an additional column similar to the 'Hold group' column in the staff interface, or the '(part of a hold group)' text should be amended to '(part of hold group #)' or similar. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

(it's time we have actual support, CI for it was disabled due to some other issue) Ubuntu 24.04 has perl 5.38 so it works cleanly. But the next in 2026 will also have this issue. == Test plan == 1. Start a Debian 13 Koha: KOHA_IMAGE=main-trixie ktd up 2. Tons of warnings on start but it ends up starting (see end of this message for the warnings) 3. perl -c mainpage.pl 4. Tons of warnings again 5. restart_all 6. Tons of warnings again 7. Things seem to work though (checkout, checkin, search in staff and OPAC) == Severity== Critical because it looks like Koha is broken. And it will hide actual issues. Debian 12 has v0.01. The feature it self works fine on either, but v2.00 introduced a warning that is making our test suite to fail [1]. On version v2.01 the author fixed the warning [2] To reproduce: 1. Start an Ubuntu 24.04 KTD: $ KOHA_IMAGE=main-noble ktd --name noble up -d 2. Run: $ ktd --name noble --shell k$ pmvers GD::Barcode::QRcode => 2.00 3. Run: k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Auth/TwoFactorAuth.t => FAIL: Tests fail! 4. Patron's card expires on ...", doesn't appear. This issue happens when the patron comes into the library exactly 30 days from their expiration. In this case, MembershipExpiryDaysNotice = 30 days and NotifyBorrowerDeparture = 30 days. So for example, the patron's expiration date is 05/11/2018. On 4/11/2018 the patron gets their notice, as expected. They come into the library on 4/11/2018 and the checkout message alerting staff to the impending expiration message doesn't show. Checking the same account on 4/12/2018 shows the message "Attention: Expiration: Patron's card will expire soon. Patron's card expires on 05/11/2018 Renew or Edit Details" on the checkout screen.
