[Bug 14413] Map aqorders.order_internalnote in MarcFieldsToOrder
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 23 Jul '26

23 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14413 --- Comment #8 from Matthias Meusburger <matthias.meusburger(a)biblibre.com> --- Created attachment 202376 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=202376&action=e… Bug 14413: Map aqorders.order_internalnote in MarcFieldsToOrder This patch adds the following option to the MarcFieldsToOrder system preference: order_internalnote. When mapped to a MARC subfield, it will be added to the order line. Test plan, with field 500$a: - Create a MARC record in Koha with an internal note in 500$a - Export this MARC record as a file - Configure MarcFieldsToOrder as follows: order_internalnote: 500$a - Set AcqCreateItem to "cataloguing the record" - Add this file to a basket (See "Order from a new file" in https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/acquisitions.html) - Check that "Internal note" has the content of your 500$a - Save, and check that the internal note appears on the order line - Repeat those steps with a MARC record that doesn't have a 500$a, and check that the order internal note is set to the value defined in the "Default accounting details" tab. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 43141] New: Add more flexibility to ILL type disclaimer workflows
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 23 Jul '26

23 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43141 Bug ID: 43141 Summary: Add more flexibility to ILL type disclaimer workflows Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: ILL Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: olivia.reynolds(a)openfifth.co.uk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: lisette(a)bywatersolutions.com, pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk, tomascohen(a)gmail.com Target Milestone: --- The current type disclaimer workflow for ILL requests requires the disclaimer to be filled out when the request is created and is determined uniformly for the OPAC and staff interfaces. Some workflows require more flexibility. For example, if a staff member is creating an ILL request on behalf of a patron, they should not have to fill out the type disclaimer through the staff interface, but should have the option of sending the patron a notice to fill it out. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 24911] New: Exception holidays treated as unique holidays in calendar
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 23 Jul '26

23 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=24911 Bug ID: 24911 Summary: Exception holidays treated as unique holidays in calendar Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Holidays Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: emmi.takkinen(a)outlook.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org When exception holiday is made it's still treated as unique holiday. Only days that aren't holidays but are included in the range of "Generate exceptions on a range of dates" are exceptions. To test: 1. Create holidays on a range e.g 23-24/3 2. Create exceptions on a range of 24-25/3 3. When editing: => 24/3 has label "Unique holiday" and is listed both in "Unique holidays" and "Exception holidays" lists => 25/3 has label "Holiday exception" and is listed only in "Exception holidays" Problems this is causing: 1. If you edit title and description of 24th day, you'll notice from holiday lists that edit only applies to unique holiday. In "Exception holidays" title and description remain the same. 2. When trying to delete 24th, only option "Delete this holiday" is given, not "Delete this exception" as it should. And if you use "Delete this holiday", unique holiday "beneath" exception gets deleted but day remains as exception holiday. Of course "Delete exceptions on range" still works and single exceptions can be deleted with it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 38338] New: Add support for XOAUTH2 authentication for SMTP servers
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 23 Jul '26

23 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38338 Bug ID: 38338 Summary: Add support for XOAUTH2 authentication for SMTP servers Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Both Google and Microsoft have been pushing XOAUTH2 for SMTP AUTH over the traditional basic username/password authentication for some time now and we haven't really had a good answer for Koha admins. For SMTP connections in Koha, we use Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP::Persistent which uses Authen::SASL which uses libsasl2 (if available) or a pure Perl fallback. Out of the box, neither libsasl2 nor Authen::SASL::Perl provides XOAUTH2 support. However, there are a number of SASL plugins out there. I'll explain more in the comments. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 42923] New: Require Email::Sender 2.601+ (for Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP)
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 23 Jul '26

23 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42923 Bug ID: 42923 Summary: Require Email::Sender 2.601+ (for Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP) Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- Koha already uses Email::Sender::Transport::SMTP but from version 2.601 onwards there is support for providing your own Authen::SASL authenticator object. When used with Authen::SASL >= 2.18, this allows Koha to use XOAUTH2 authentication over SMTP. Since Microsoft are moving towards XOAUTH2 authentication, it would be wise for us to backport this version for Koha. (2.601+ is available in Debian Trixie and up, and it's available in Ubuntu 24.04 and up) So we'd need it for Ubuntu 22.04 and Debian Bullseye and Debian Bookworm -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. The problem that arises here is that return meaning "return to previous page" as a verb and "Return" as a substantive require different translation, at least in German. It would be much nice if you could just do this in Koha without JS. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
