Also the scope of the preference was changed - instead of only applying to overdue notices, it applies to all kinds of notices now. I've found in the manual: https://koha-community.org/manual/19.05/en/html/administration.html#marc-bi… If you would like a field to fill in with today’s date you can use the YYYY MM DD syntax in the ‘Default value’.
