It refers to the holdingbranch, but does not explicitly state this. It would be beneficial to allow the administrator to choose to show facets for the holding library, home library, or both. When I go to edit a framework and change the tag number it looks like I'm able to, but when I hit save my changes aren't saved and no error message is generated.
