If a user id (staff id or patron id if renewal done online) is added to statistics table there is no need to create a log for transactions. The final result depends on used browser, for instance in opera I'm able to download blank pdf, however, in firefox I end up with "Not found. The document has moved here." error(under "here" link is nothing->nothing happens). We use self-build Koha with several changes from upstream, but we haven't edited this fuction. The logged errors are as following: manage.pl: CGI::param called in list context from package Template::Document line 57, this can lead to vulnerabilities. See the warning in "Fetching the value or values of a single named parameter" at /usr/share/perl5/CGI.pm line 436. create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value in substitution iterator at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 233. create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value $string_width in addition (+) at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Patroncards/Patroncard.pm line 256. This sets the message NotIssued when the book is already available, causing SIP-alert to be set. SIP-alert is also used in sorting during checkin, which conflicts with more obvious alerts. But this is not translatable, and not necessarily at the right place. However, in Refine Search, the item types listed are actual item types rather than the item type categories. The same seems to be the case in opac-detail. I looked through the code, and it's only when 'item-level_itypes' is enabled when the actual item object is needed, if not the function can be optimized by only fetching the the data through the much faster low-level DBI interface. This is of course a bit of a kludge, and I would normally avoid this type of micro-optimization, but with this fix we managed to shave a couple of hours of a full re-indexing, and get it done during closing hours. I have also added some more tests to try to catch any possible future issues this change might cause. If more stuff needs to be fetched through the Item-object there could be issues, but this should be clearly pointed out in the code. I also removed an extra call to GetItem() in GetMarcItem() by making it accept an item object or item id as argument, and only fetch the item if needed, cutting the actual calls to GetItem by about half. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
