This is specific to IE11 and is reproducible. Frameworks are not saving when the record is edited. Edit Record - Click on Settings drop down Select an alternative framework Nothing happens at all - the framework does not change I cannot reproduce this issue using Chrome but some libraries are not able to use any other browser than IE so this is quite a fundamental problem for them. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Set up a course in course reserves 2) Add items to the course reserve 3) Make the course active. 4) Change values at the item level that will show up in the search results -- e.g. shelving location, notforloan. These values will remain until the course is made inactive. 5) Set the course as inactive. On a large/busy system, grep for "Deadlock" in the plack error logs. On several sites we are seeing occasional: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction [for Statement "UPDATE issues SET date_due = ?, renewals = ?, lastreneweddate = ? WHERE borrowernumber=? AND itemnumber=?" with ParamValues: 0='2099-01-01 23:59', 1=2, 2='2099-01-01', 3="#####", 4="#####"] at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Circulation.pm line 2895. (dates and numbers altered for privacy) In this case the fines are closed, but when the issue update fails the librarian repeats the renewal and fines are then recreated (koha finds no open fine, so calculates a new one) Ideally the whole sub would be a transaction -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. If I refresh page it shows that the record was staged ok. When you click on the link, it does a title phrase search, but it is including the 101a field (author), which makes the search fail. Either the 101a field needs to be omitted in a title phrase search, or the search needs to be changed to either a keyword search or a combo search. Seems like this link should go right to the bib record number rather than doing a search of any kind, since it is already linked.
