They had a value of damage to the Lost Status and would like to see Koha bill a patron for a "damaged" book. Currently, Koha will always use the word "Lost" in the Accounting/Fine portion of the patron's record- regardless of what Lost status the library is marking the item as. If this is the path taken, I strongly recommend this list be expanded to be inclusive of punctuation and abbreviations used in authority records of languages other than American English. Over the next renewal, you will have to set it again which is very tedious. It seems like OpacHiddenItems should work the same as individually suppressed records and how they are handled in OpacSuppressionRedirect.
