[Bug 39473] New: Confusing behavior in drop-down filters on item holdings table
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39473 Bug ID: 39473 Summary: Confusing behavior in drop-down filters on item holdings table Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Templates Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: emily.lamancusa(a)montgomerycountymd.gov QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org To reproduce: 0. If not using default KTD data, create an item type with the following settings: Item type: BK Description: Books leave all other values on their defaults 1. Create a new item type with the following settings: Item type: BKA Description: Other type of book leave all other values on their defaults 2. Add or edit items on a bib record so that the record has at least one item of type "Books" and at least one item of type "Another type of book" 3. Go to Normal View for that bib record 4. Click "Show filters" above the item holdings table 5. In the Item type column, filter by "Books" --> Both "Books" and "Another type of book" items show in the table --> The drop-down is set to "Other type of book", even though you selected "Books" The table and drop-down appear matching on item type codes that contain the string "BK", rather than matching on the exact string. I was able to reproduce the bug with branchcodes as well. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 33440] New: A public list can be transferred to a staff member without list permissions
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33440 Bug ID: 33440 Summary: A public list can be transferred to a staff member without list permissions Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Lists Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kelly(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl With the introduction of this bug, https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=25498, public lists can now be transferred to other staff. When testing this new feature, I was able to transfer a list a staff member without any list permissions. Once this transfer was successful, this staff member could edit the list, add and remove titles from this public list. The one thing this staff member (who had no permissions for lists) could not do was transfer the list to another person. I believe that this transfer option should only be allowed to staff with list permissions. Test Plan 1. Staff member A creates a public list. 2. Staff member A transfers this public list to another staff member (staff member b) without list permissions. 3. Staff Member B now has the ability to edit this public list and add/remove items from this list. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 39441] New: Staff interface cart has wrong max-width
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39441 Bug ID: 39441 Summary: Staff interface cart has wrong max-width Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: minor Priority: P5 - low Component: Templates Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org The staff interface cart "looks funny" at the moment. It's all bunched up on the left side. I'd say the reason is that the max-width for .container from staff-global.css is being applied which restricts it to 540px. I reckon we should add a class or ID to override the max-width for the cart to always be 100%. -- Curious what you think of this one, Owen. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 39354] New: Remove unintended Bootstrap 5 change to scroll-behavior
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 20 Apr '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=39354 Bug ID: 39354 Summary: Remove unintended Bootstrap 5 change to scroll-behavior Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: minor Priority: P5 - low Component: Templates Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: oleonard(a)myacpl.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Depends on: 35402 Bootstrap 5 introduced a change to the global CSS property "scroll-behavior." This adds a "smooth scrolling" behavior to in-page links, e.g. Administration -> System preferences -> Circulation -> Patron restrictions (from the sidebar menu). This is a fairly "opinionated" change on Bootstrap's part and since it wasn't an intentional change I think we should switch it back.
