Other parts are not really used and could be removed, HEA is helpful to determine these situations to some extent, but not everything can be seen there. But you cannot search using the library's name in the global search. If no borrowernumber has been passed to the template the first panel should expand by default. If a borrowernumber has been passed, that patron's section should automatically expand.
