https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42116 Bug ID: 42116 Summary: e.preventDefault is a function, needs parenthesis Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff interface Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: ephetteplace(a)cca.edu QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com I noticed that a few places in the codebase e.preventDefault is simply stated as an expression and not called, but preventDefault is a method and must be called to have any effect. > rg "\.preventDefault;" koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/clubs/clubs.tt 176: e.preventDefault; koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/holds.js 750: e.preventDefault; koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/cataloging_additem.js 79: e.preventDefault; 96: e.preventDefault; This might not be a trivial change because it could alter UI behavior. Bug 42012 fixes clubs.tt. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 42803] New: Regression in reports/catalogue_out.pl
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 21 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42803 Bug ID: 42803 Summary: Regression in reports/catalogue_out.pl Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Reports Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lucas(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: lisette(a)bywatersolutions.com Target Milestone: --- >From Bug 42361: 1) Set strict_sql_modes to 0 in koha-conf.xml and restart plack 2) Go to Reports > Items with no checkouts: <staff_url>/cgi-bin/koha/reports/catalogue_out.pl 3) Leave Library set to "Any library" 4) Pick a specific item type that you know has items (e.g. "BK") 5) Submit, you get 0 results. Without patch you get normal results. If the first filter value is empty (i.e. 'Any library'), the filter key gets skipped which essentially results in items.homebranch LIKE 'BK' (from the test plan above). I think we need this: foreach my $filter (@filters_input) { - if ( Koha::Libraries->find($filter) || Koha::ItemTypes->find($filter) ) { + if ( !$filter || Koha::Libraries->find($filter) || Koha::ItemTypes->find($filter) ) { push( @filters, $filter ); } } -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 42531] New: Repeatable field values with long text do not wrap on staff record detail page
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 21 Aug '26

21 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42531 Bug ID: 42531 Summary: Repeatable field values with long text do not wrap on staff record detail page Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: Laura.escamilla(a)bywatersolutions.com Reporter: Laura.escamilla(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl The styling added for repeatable fields in Bug 30148 sets .resource_list li to white-space: nowrap. This works for short values, but causes long field values to overflow the page instead of wrapping. This can be seen with long MARC field content, such as a lengthy 508$a Production Credits note. The text continues off the right side of the staff record detail page, making the content difficult to read. The CSS should allow repeatable field values to wrap normally while still keeping the inline separator formatting. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 42202] New: IndependentBranches shouldn't filter public branches in OPAC
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 21 Aug '26

21 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42202 Bug ID: 42202 Summary: IndependentBranches shouldn't filter public branches in OPAC Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: dcook(a)prosentient.com.au QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org There are a few places in the OPAC where we use the following: [% SET AllPublicBranches = Branches.all( search_params => { public => 1 }, selected => opac_name ) %] For instance, in the masthead library pulldown in the search bar, and the library dropdown in Advanced Search. However, IndependentBranches will make it so that only the logged in user's branch is retrieved, so the pull down disappears for non-superlibrarians in this scenario. This really makes no sense, since an unauthenticated user can see all the branches. Plus, the logged in user can do a search and then filter by any library. So... I reckon we should add "unfiltered => 1" for cases like masthead.inc and opac-advsearch.tt. I'll check the others to see if they should or shouldn't be filtered... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
