Notice the available booking date is for after the due date of Item A. Update the status of Item C to bookable. Notice the previously unavailable booking dates are now available. Both Item B and C can be used to place the booking. It should not have been necessary to make all of the potentially available items for checkout also available for bookings. It's not clear what selecting the option does. To recreate: 1. Ensure WhenLostChargeReplacementFee is set to "Charge" and that "Refund lost item replacement fee" in circ rules is set to "refund lost item charge". 2. Check out an item that has a replacement cost. 3. Set the item to lost. 4. Go to the Accounting tab and view Transactions. 5. Cancel the charge. 6. Return the item. Note that the patron now has a credit. This does not appear to be the case when a fine is written off. I also question whether canceling a fee should mark and item as Paid as I've always viewed "Cancel charge" as an "oops" button when someone accidentally makes something lost, so it probably shouldn't set the item to paid. The checkbox says 'Show collapsed fields' but these fields are actually hidden not collapsed in the way that a screen reader understands. The keyboard or screen reader user just has to learn that this checkbox is their only hope of expanding the hidden fields. There's no way for them to easily navigate between the fieldsets. Each legend is clickable by mouse to expand and collapse. The same functionality should be available to keyboard users. It might, however, be really useful if there are a lot of newer or older entries duplicating or near-duplicating an authority heading. I had to browse through hundreds of authority entries for a 2-3 element authority, e.g. "Catholic Church -- Doctrines -- History".
