Hi, Bug 8375 can provide a way to export PDF labels with diacritics, and also with Bug 12068 some support for RTL languages, but problem is that current code force the use of italic/oblique variant for title. DejaVuSans has a good set of chars for Arabic, but not oblique variant. Bugzilla security update

Hi to all. It seems that /etc/cron.d/koha-common doesn't work: I changed the line in this: */5 * * * * esg-koha esg -x /usr/sbin/koha-rebuild-zebra ETC.. esg-koha: my koha user esh: my database name but nothing happens. Some advices? Thanks in advance Andrea Furin

Bug 11051 and the use of memcached in Koha

Hi all, Jonathan and I both looked at this report (of Robin) in conjunction with using memcached in Koha. The memoize_memcached calls in Koha appear to be wrong. The $memcached in C4::Context is -- according to ref -- not just a hashref but a Cache::Memcached object. A note about the squeeze-dev repo

I've just updated the koha in squeeze-dev to the latest master. However this won't update automatically, as 3.15.1 was in there previously (to force an update for the security update a few months back), and now the version is back to 3.15~git... Prior to the security update, the version was 3.15-1, but due to a more strict enforcement of the debian policy in recent versions, we have to drop the -1 part. KohaDates filter questions...

Greetings, I was looking at a bug, and I thought to myself, “What if I wanted the time stamp portion of included in this column, and not just a date?”. Find duplicates when importing the totality of a staged file

Hi, My colleague, Olivier Crouzet, opened Bug 12074<http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12074> with a patch to be signed off. The aim of this patch is to ensure that there's a research of duplicates when we choose to import the totality of a stage file in acquisitions module. At the moment, this is true only when you choose to import title by title but not when you choose 'import all'. Please have a look and give us your reactions. Best regards. Hi, Bug 10461 concerns the calculation of the available funds on the home page of acquisition. The amount on this page doesn't add the tax if it exists. It's a problem for my university because for some bookseller we actually pay the tax and, the available funds in the acquisition page are wrong. In other institutions, the library doesn't pay the tax, so they don't want it to be added in the total of the funds. So, to resolve this problem, can we add 2 new fields in aqbooksellers to mention if the tax must be added in the amount ordered and if the same for the amount spent. What do you think about it ? I made some tests for bug 10613 during the biblibre hackfest and all the prices seem to be corrected in the display of acquisition module (except in the home acquisition page if we want to see tax added to total... this is "in discussion"). During my tests, I found out the storage of prices isn't consistent (to my mind). I redid my tests today : in aqbooksellers, you can have 4 combinations : 1. List prices: Include tax (1) and Invoice prices: Don't include tax(0). In this case, in the order, listprice is store gst incl. and unitprice gst incl (recalculated). For me, unitprice should be store gst excl. 2. List prices : Don't include tax (0) and Invoice prices : Include tax (1). In this case, in the order, listprice is store gst excl. and unitprice gst excl. For me, unitprice should be store gst incl. 3. List prices: Don't Include tax (0) and Invoice prices: Don't include tax(0). In this case, in the order, listprice is store gst excl. and unitprice gst excl. Ok. 4. List prices: Include tax (1) and Invoice prices: include tax(1). In this case, in the order, listprice is store gst incl. and unitprice gst incl. Ok. In fact, you need to verify if list prices include tax to know if unit price is stored gst incl ou gst exclusive. It isn't critical but for me it isn't consistent. If we admit this comportment and that all the displays are right in Koha, it don't disturb me so much. With the patch of bugs 10613, I think almost all the pages are displayed correctly. After all, this drives me a little bit crazy and I prefer to throw it away and to work on my other late job. Do you have any opinion ?
