I removed de-DE: $ sudo koha-translate --remove de-DE Now "sudo koha-translate --list" didn't show anything anymore. But the files (as shown above) are still there. I then tried again using the webinstaller to populate the database tables but nothing has changed. Then I removed the complete Koha instance, created it again and reinstalled "de-DE". I had to remove the cookies for the webinstaller to get access to the original webinstaller login. Again I chose "de-DE" as the language. For whatever reason now the language turned to German and everything went and looked as it should. Thanks for your help! Missing default settings in Koha 22.05.06 web installer

Hi Using Debian packages I am installing Koha 22.05.06 on a fresh install of Debian GNU/Linux 11. After creating the new instance I am running the web installer. 1. When asked "Choose your language" I am selecting language "de-DE", then continue. In previous versions the following dialogues then were in german, but now they are all in English. 2. When asked for "Selecting default settings" the sections for "MARC frameworks: MARC 21" lokk OK but the options in section "Other data" are just not there, see the attached screen shots: * http://adminkuhn.ch/download/defaultsettings-1.png * http://adminkuhn.ch/download/defaultsettings-2.png * http://adminkuhn.ch/download/defaultsettings-3.png Is this maybe a bug in Koha 22.05.06 or am I doing something wrong? Poll for a patch testing session to help enhancements and bug fixes to be released

Hi :) This is for the support providers that aren't used to testing patches and any provider that knows libraries where someone could be interested. To be forwarded to librarians, system librarians, educators, devs, sysadmins and other people that could be interested in contributing to Koha. Here is the poll: https://date.chapril.org/lauHXUSh6dcAV865 Reminder of the modalities: The idea is to test patches to contribute to Koha. The biggest bottleneck for having more bugs fixes and enhancements is patch testing. Thus this call for getting together as Koha users. No need for particular skills, just basic Koha usage. You can come an leave at any moment, even for a short time it's possible to get simple stuff moving forward. We will use a VoIP call with chat tool to speak and eventually screenshare. It's possible to join without sound and only use chat. So if you are at the front desk and there are not much patrons you can still test patches ^^ So, whichever communication mode is the most convenient for you. No need to have a local Koha instance. Just with a web browser we can use the sandboxes [1] to have temporary Kohas to test most patches and do whatever we want without bad consequences. FYI opac-reserve.pl seems broken in master?

ERM - workflow change

Hi all, we pushed ERM but didn't communicate some decisions made: - For running the ERM component (and in the future any other Vue-driven thing) a build step needs to happen. Either: $ yarn build_js or (the dev-oriented version): $ yarn watch_js - We could've gone 'the SCSS' way, in which the RM(aint) compiles the thing and pushes to Git along with the changes. But we decided it would have an impact on the size of the repository pretty fast. So for now, the decision is we will do it at release time. This is also common practice on Vue projects. - We could add the build as part of the 'reset_all' command KTD users are familiar with. TBD - Yes, now that running Koha requires a build step, we could just add SCSS there, that's to be discussed early next cycle. - We need a way to pre-bundle all the dependencies in KTD, so people can fire up KTD while being offline. OIDC client pushed to master!

I was pumped to see this morning that the OIDC client was pushed to master! I have 2 very easy follow-ups that I think are necessary before the feature is prod ready, so if someone could take a look at those, that would be awesome. New pushes, new KTD images
