Hie developers, I've been looking several monthes for a solution for Bug 11357. The problem is : a hash key has the same name as a TT method (size). I found the solution here : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2311303/how-can-i-handle-hash-keys-conta… You have to use hash.item('size'). Is there a page in the wiki to add this ? I did not found a general page for templates. Next dev meeting

Hi fellows, we haven't set a date for the next development IRC meeting yet. With an idea of having 3-weeks long development sprints, and trying to make de development meetings serve as retrospective review of what we've achieved (or not) in that period i propose: - That the next dev meeting is held on July 2nd; at the same hours as usual: part 1: 15UTC part 2: 22UTC - Set a 3-week frecquency for this meetings, unless stated otherwise on each occasion. Hope we can agree on the date at least. Bug 9000 - misc/cronjobs/rss/ removal

Hi, the bug proposes the removal of the misc/cronjobs/rss/ directory and contents: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9000 It seems that this legacy code (still depending on HTML::Template::Pro is not used anymore. Before pushing it (it is PASSED-qA) I need to hear your opinion on this. RM update

Hi everyone, I've been away from keyboard for more than a week as you may have noticed. Sorry for any delays answering your emails. Jenkins As I advertised in a previous email to the koha-devel list, I've been working on setting new jenkins nodes for improving our test environments. For that purpose I've set (for now) three new nodes: - Ubuntu_12_04 - Ubuntu_14_04 - Debian_7 They are currently being used for testing the 'master' branch. I have configured them in a way we can also test the following stable branches on the same nodes (thanks Galen for the sample scripts): - 3.12.x - 3.14.x - 3.16.x My main concern is that this tests should me meaningfull, and should trigger actions from us (the devs). For the current RMaints: please let me know if you need something about this. Or if you need your stable branch be run on a specific platform. Unit tests There were some concerns on tha list a while ago about some tests being missed by the current script (the one that launches the tests); please feel free to contact me on that subject and comment openly on this thread. I'll be revisiting the scripts a bit (Note: i'm doing this in parallel with the current configuration for those who rely on the current). Jonathan said that Biblibre was working with an intern on improving coverage of the unit tests. If you need the RM to provide aid just let me know. I'm currently concerned about some tests failing: On Debian7: http://jenkins.koha-community.org/job/Koha_Master_D7/lastCompletedBuild/tes… On Ubuntu12.04: http://jenkins.koha-community.org/job/Koha_Master_U12/lastCompletedBuild/te… On Ubuntu14.04 (a.k.a. Perl5.18): http://jenkins.koha-community.org/job/Koha_Master_U14/lastCompletedBuild/te… I'd ask you to put your eyes on those during GBSD, at least those related to Circulation! And please help me identify (for the 5.18 related bugs) which are bugs, and which are bugs on the Unit Tests. Failing tests Some tests are failing because of information absent from the test database. Please take a look at: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10337 so we can soon take the "In Discussion" status out any time soon. Final note: There will always be room for improvement. Thanks! P.S. Since I started writing this email I added the 3.16.x and 3.14.x branches to this testing schema. Sandboxes and bug 11944 (Cleanup Koha UTF-8)

Hello all, I pushed a patch on the contrib/sandboxes repo in order to create the sandboxes' DB with charset utf8 and collapse utf8_unicode_ci (see http://git.koha-community.org/gitweb/?p=contrib/global.git;a=summary) All Biblibre's sandboxes are up-to-date and use this code. The 2 sandboxes 6 (MARC21) and 16 (UNIMARC) have been "frozen". They use the bug 11944 branch (http://git.biblibre.com/biblibre/kohac/commits/ft/bug_11944 == master + 11944's patches). On the sandbox 16, I imported some arabic and japanese bibliographic records (biblionumber from 21654 to 21660). Feel free to add more. I generated translations for fr-FR and it-IT (it seems there is a bug for ar-Arab with the bootstrap theme: the title tag is not closed), I can add more if needed.
