About the term "term"

Hello, Translating Koha to french, Mathieu (Saby) discovered that the word "term" is now used in 2 context: * a term (terminology) * a term (course reserve) The translation to french of "term" is different : "terme" and "session" (which is also how we would translate the english "session" ;-) ) We had this problem with "issue" a long time ago : item checkout / serial issue. We changed "issue" to "checkout" to fix the problem. CSS and translation

Hie, There are in CCSR theme some translatable strings in mobile.css. Like : body#opac-detail #holdingst td.itype:before {content: "Item type : ";} But this text is not present in PO file. Are in fact the css files translatable with PO files ? Setting up QA Test Tools

Greetings, The QA test tool is handy to have set up. You can check your own work, before posting to bugzilla. It helps to eliminate those FAILED QAs that could have been avoided due to some simple stylistic issue. After helping dpk get it set up, I figured a wiki page was in order. http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/QA_Test_Tools I was wondering if Test::Perl::Critic::Progressive could be hosted, so the instructions could be simplified. Share Koha 3.10 for windows with community

paklag (www.paklag.org) has compiled Koha 3.10 for windows version like live CD Just copy on zip file , unzip and run. Is there any copyright issue? Koha for windows' versions upto 2.9 normally user download appache, mysql, perl and koha code from their separate websites. we are ready to share with koha community. Please guide what to do. Z39.50 search results: DATE blank - add PUBLISHER

If you have the field DATE blank when you make a Z39.50 search you have to modify the file: /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Breeding.pm at line 394: $row_data{date} = $oldbiblio->{copyrightdate}; in $row_data{date} = $oldbiblio->{publicationyear}; (Make a copy of your modification becaurse probably ad update will change that file). 2. Example, for 3.8.4 the list of perl deps runs to line 530 and ends with 'HTML::FormatText' -- and on the jenkins site under master it appears to go to line 700 and ends with 'Crypt::Eksblowfish::Bcrypt' Is the "jenkins" what you mean by "source tree"? Is it version dependant or does it correspond to what I called a "master list"? If the latter (and excuse my lack of understanding) is it backwards compatible? (e.g both 3.8.4 and jenkins have the first entry 'XML::LibXSLT' with 'min_ver' => '1.59' but I have not verified all items.) Apologies for rambling on what is probably very simple. tnx and br -- paul

In other words, for sandbox use, looking at all versions say from 3.8 up, should unused packages be removed for testing comparative efficiency, speed, etc of a single version? Are there any packages where "older" perl is required for "older" Koha? If not (and I get the impression that there is probably nothing detrimental), is there a "master" list of all perl modules across the Koha spectrum? Hi, This is just a FYI that I've installed the following packages on jenkins.koha-community.org to deal with a testing glitch arising from my pushing the patch for bug 11185: * libanyevent-http-perl * libanyevent-perl Please note that at present, I'm assuming that any Debian and Ubuntu build servants are expected to have the modules called for by the koha-deps and koha-perldeps packages.
