Hi again, I've added in CVS (misc directory) a script to clean MARC DB when a subfield is removed from the MARC editor : the subfield is NOT removed from DB (to avoid stupid loss of data). This script forever removes unused subfields from the DB. from ISIS to Koha

Hi, I've a (future ?) customer that want to switch from winISIS to Koha. He sends me lot of exports, but none of them work with classic dumpmarc.pl script of Koha (refused by MARC::Record) Does anyone here know how to setup winISIS export options to get a valid iso2709 file ? Hi, I just wanted to ask whether any discussion was held on using xml for developing koha? www.w3.org says it is good to separate the data from the way it looks (data from html). Do you think that future direction of koha development could benefit from it (like language translations)? Benedict

MARC record indicators, like this one, example, 245 - TITLE STATEMENT (NR) Indicators First - Title added entry 0 - No added entry 1 - Added entry Second - Nonfiling characters 0-9 - Number of nonfiling characters There is field, where it can put it, and it should go to marc_subfield_table.tag_indicator But it is not, field is empty. What I missing, or is it bug? Koha is 2.0.0pre4

z3950 script installation bugs

I think I fixed http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39 in this morning's CVS commit. I have made the installer create a z3950-daemon-options file for the .sh scripts, removing the hardcoded /home/paul settings. The processz3950queue script uses C4::Context to get the apache user now. Location of includes

Dear all, Should the includes dir really be under the currently selected template, or is the one from intranet-tmpl/defaults/en always used? If the former, can it be calculated inside C4::Output, as updating koha.conf with each template change seems odd? Koha technical documentation

Is there any technical documentation available for the direction Koha is taking? Particularly I would like to find some description of the way in which the database is being reorganized for 2.0.0. If such documentation is available, where might I find it? I've searched SourceForge to no avail. which templates unused?

Hi, In acqui directory there can be found seemingly redundant template files basket, newbasket newbasket2 (catalog and accounting information). Are all of them used? I do not have a working copy of koha.... . Benedict
