I thougt that the mysterious duplicating priter editing was fixed but apparently not. No selectable printers in circulation. parameters - systempreferences is empty. New 1.2.3RC15 release candidate out

I put a new release candidate out on sourceforge.net/projects/koha. Give it a whirl. Find anything broken. I think the majority of the work here has been in the authenticated access to the OPAC. Steve.
