More mystery with Diacritics

Okay, getting closer, but still no luck. In the default word-phrase-utf.chr file the mappings we need to get the Spanish diacritics to work are there. The equivalents are not there. For example: equivalent Ń is not defined. When I try to add it in I get all sorts of error messages when I try to rebuild the zebra index. Diacritics in title

We are using Koha 3.01.00.61 and we have run into a slight bump in the road. I would appreciate any advice or help on this issue. Being in the southwestern United States with a large population who speak Spanish we have a lot books in Spanish, complete with Spanish diacritics. The behavior we are seeing is that if the only place that has the diacritic is the title, the keyword search fails. Some records have the title or partial title with diacritics in a 520 field. When this is the case, the keyword search will bring results, but a title only search will still fail. The searching worked with earlier versions of Koha (3.00.02) but it is not working now. When I look at the sort-string-utf.chr file for en, all the equivalents are commented out. When I look at the same file in the fr directory, the equivalents are not commented out. I am hoping someone has a copy of the sort-string-utf.chr file with Spanish diacritic equivalents so we can do some testing.
