Hi, saluton, hola, bonjour, String freeze is into effect as of now for the 19.11.x maintenance branch. The release is scheduled for the 22th. This means it's the right time to head over to the translation platform: https://translate.koha-community.org/projects/ Reminder: if you add or change a translation in version 19.11, then you must also copy it to 20.05 and 20.11. kohastructure.sql cleanup

Hi devs, I've just pushed bug 26947 (kohastructure.sql should be updated for each release) that is reordering and cleaning kohastructure.sql Expect some rebase conflicts (but should be easy to fix). It means that maintenance will be easier to compare the DB structure of an existing installation with the Koha core one. Execute `koha-dump --schema-only $INSTANCE` to generate the dump to compare. iCal feed for circulation due dates

Hi all, There's an interesting Bugzilla report where someone was asking to use opac-ics.pl to provide automatic iCal updates to a calendar (like Google calendar) for due dates: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27305 The reporter is actually a patron at Huntsville-Madison County Public Library, which I think Bywater Solutions provides, and he worked out a clever - although insecure and suboptimal - way of making it work by passing userid and password as query string parameters. >From what I've read, for a private iCal feed, a provider (like Koha) would usually provide the user with an individual token that is used as a query string parameter. I was wondering if anyone is interested in doing that work. It's not at the top of my TODO list, but I was thinking a person could do it fairly easily using borrower_attributes and small changes to opac-user.pl and opac-ics.pl. Thanks, Fridolin. I've opened up https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27299 to track this topic in Koha. I've added a See Also to 18017. I've added a patch to 27299 with the change I proposed in https://github.com/indexdata/idzebra/issues/24. I've tested it outside of Koha and it works as I expected/hoped. I just want to get Indexdata's blessing and then I'll push for it in Koha.
