Hi, I want to know about the benefits of LDAP for Koha. Kindly let me know and what type of access control can be implemented using LDAP for printing from the shared printer. Is it possible to restrict users to some specific number of prints? Hi, Thanks to all who attended today. [2] I call on everybody to go through the bugs database and (a) close existing bugs that are fixed (b) identify and mark potential blockers for the release of 3.2 [3] BibLibre expects to do a release of 3.0.4 some time before mid-September, including bugfixes and some improvements from HEAD. [4] There was some clarification on policy regarding participation and anti-spam policies on various social software networks used by Koha and Koha project members. [5] There was much discussion about setting up live and archived tutorials for new contributors to Koha. Hi everyone (and maybe owen 1st :-) ) What about doing a nice stylesheet for staff interface. When we demo Koha, we often have ppl saying : " :( it's not sexy, just white and black, with a few highlighted links". I'm sure that with the quality of the HTML, we could do something very eyecandy ! any volunteer ? owen ? New module dependency: IPC::Cmd

Hi, For those tracking HEAD, please note that I've pushed a patch requiring a new dependency on IPC::Cmd. As this module is used by the web installer, the database update script will not work until you've installed the dependency. IPC::Cmd is one of several modules on CPAN that support easily executing a program and capturing its return status, standard error, and standard output. It is a core module in Perl 5.10, meaning that users of that version of Perl already have it, but will need to be added by users of 5.8, typically by running $ sudo cpan IPC::Cmd I've filed a request to have this module packaged on Debian for Perl 5.8 users. Search authorities using keywords from same menu as keyword search

Can consideration please be given to- 1. adding a system preference to enable authorities to be searched by patrons using the same drop down list as for keyword searches as opposed to the separate authorities search box. An option to make the separate authorities search box available for patrons to search should be retained. 2. adding a system preference to allow authority records to come up in results to help patrons find what they are looking for. A "more information" link or picture could appear next to the record instead of the usual "item type" picture so patrons can click on it to get further information using the authority record. gitstat broken

Hi, I tried to do some stats on gitstats, but get a nasty : Warning: arsort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /var/www/git.koha.org/gitstat/include/libgather.php on line 502 No contents for display. on a lot of them.
