I wonder which way is better to include the SQL files needed for full localization of Koha into spanish (I mean files on installer/data/mysql/es-ES, the latter directory does not exist yet) 1) File a bug as an enhancement and 2a) make a huge patch with all files 2b) make incremental patches until done or 2c) create and populate the es-ES directory with english files (you or someone else) and I will do patches for each file until done. What do you recommend? Sincerely Bernardo PS: I do not know if this will be completed for some iteration of 3.2.x, or to 3.4.x, but have to start sometime.

Error when installing pt-PT translation

Hi all, I'm using "Koha Virtual Appliance 3.2 – Configured" and I'm trying to translate Koha to Portuguese (pt-PT). But I get an error when I do "perl translate install pt-PT" under "/home/koha/koha-dev/misc/translator" The error is: % s: Unknown or unsupported format specification I do a little search and see a message saying that "% s" should be "%s", I edit .po file, replace and save it. But when I run the command again the error occurred again (it seem to be in other place). I try the .po files that came with Koha Virtual Appliance and with the recent translation files. The same occur. If someone know how to solve this or if anyone can give me a clue I appreciate it very much. Thank's to everyone, Ivo Esteves PS: Sorry for my poor English :)

3.2.4 Release Schedule

Well, its that time again! 3.2.4 is on track to be released on February 22, 2011, however, there is another important date between now and then which you should be aware of. On February 15, 2011, 3.2.4 will enter a string freeze to facilitate finalization of translation updates. After this date the only patches introducing string changes which will be pushed for 3.2.4 will be those addressing blocker bugs or security issues. All others will be pushed to 3.2.5. Warning: '%s' translation with '%'

Dear Koha Translators, Today, a bug concerning Spanish translation has been reported by an user: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=5740 The Spanish staff .po file syntax is invalid in 3.2.3. There is line containing '%' alone when '%s' is expected. This kind of error sadly break completely the translation process, stop it and so leave the language templates partially translated. Pablo, Its written in docbook, you can grab that and convert it to anything. [Koha] Portuguese translations file

Hi there. I've a almost complete po file with Portuguese translations (OPAC + some others translations of new pages implemented by me). How I can submite it in order to appear in the next Koha version, which will be release soon... I'm using the lastest stable Koha vesion (3.2.2)... Regards. Vitor Fernandes.
